Tour Registration and Payment Schedule

How to Register

To register for the tour, each participant (whether student, accompanying family member, or chaperone) needs to register directly with our tour company, Encore Tours, and pay the initial deposit ($195).
  1. Visit www.encoretours.com and click “register” at the top left hand corner of the screen

  2. Enter ‘113989’ for the Group ID, and ‘LUKE’ for the Group Leader Last Name

  3. Follow the prompts on the screen until completed, including submiting a deposit for each individual.

Once registered, Encore Tours will send you a welcome letter advising how you can access your own personal information online and make further payments online.

Payment schedule for tour (w/airfare):

The cost of the tour with airfare is $2,999 for students ($3,499 for accompanying adults) prior to NVYS group fundraising goals and any individual fundraising. The schedule of payments for the tour plus airfare for students is as following:

All payments are collected by Encore Tours. Notice that because of our successful fundraising for the 2011 Red Gala, the September and October deposits has been eliminated. The above discounts represents only one option for reducing your students payments from the successful fundraising already completed. The money in your child's account can be applied multiple ways. Because of the successful St. Helena Hospital fundraiser, the November payment has been reduced! For accompanying adults, the original payment schedule applies.

Should students do individual fundraising, ALL of this fundraising funds are to be submitted to the NVYS. The NVYS will then make payments on your behalf to Encore Tours. In addition, should the NVYS meet group fundraising goals, there will be additional reductions to this payment schedule.

For instance, let’s suppose a student, in preparation for the January payment deadline has collected $500 in ad sales. If this student has already crossed the $250 threshold (see Tour Financial Overview), all $500 will be attributed to their tour costs. The student then submits the $500 to the NVYS by January 10, 2012, and still owes an additional $100 to Encore Tours by January 19, 2012.

Payment schedule for tour (w/o airfare)

The cost of the tour WITHOUT airfare ("land only") is $1,799 ($2,299 for accompanying adults) prior to group fundraising goals and any individual fundraising.

For accompanying adults, the payments are (in order): $195, $600 (9/5/11), $600 (10/19/11), $600 (11/19/11), $304 (1/19/11), for a total of $2,399.

Please note that if you opt for a land-only package, it is essential that you (or your child), join us on the first day of the tour on June 20th in Salzburg.
