Coaches
The Napa Valley Youth Symphony hires professional musicians each week to coach students during rehearsals. Led by Head Coach Yasushi Ogura, Concertmaster of the Napa Valley Symphony, coaches for the NVYS have a dedication to education and instructing young orchestral players.
Starting in the 2006-2007 season, the Napa Valley Youth Symphony began a chamber music program, led by Peggy Brady. This chamber music program includes masterclasses with many prominent musicians.
